Beefsteak tomatoes are named for their enormous, dense flesh and are one of the most popular choice garden tomatoes. They'll get so big that you'll need to support its vines with stakes or a tomato cage. Tomatoes may grow to be 1 pound in weight, making them weighty and requiring special care to keep off the ground.
