① Chest - Holding the tape firm and level, measure just under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Order the following size higher if your chest is in between sizes.
② Waist - Measure around your waistline with the tape loosely wrapped around your waist.
③ Inseam - Pants that fit you nicely should be measured. Lay them out flat, smoothing the front and back creases. From the crotch to the bottom of the leg hem, measure the inseam. Alternatively, if you don't have any comfortable pants, measure from your crotch to the ideal pant length.

Use a measuring tape made of cloth. • Natural Waist Measurement: Bend your body side to side to find the natural bend; this is your natural waist. • Relaxed Fit: More room to move thanks to a comfortable fit through the seat and thigh.
• Loose Fit: With the most room to move through the seat and thigh, this is a generous fit.
