• Interior waterborne Semi-Gloss finish made with a patented cross-linking acrylic resin that colors using the Gennex® zero VOC colorant system. This waterborne interior Semi-Gloss is easy to clean because of its excellent stain release. In every hue, the product qualifies for LEED® v4 credit and meets the most demanding environmental criteria. All Ultra Spec® 500 finishes are available in any hue without an increase in VOC since they are tinted with our Gennex® waterborne colorant system.
